Welcome to our upcoming online Purna Yoga workshop for women, "Sync your Yoga asana with your Cycle."
This two-hour workshop taught by Eva (RYT 500) is designed to help women develop a deeper understanding of their menstrual cycle and use that knowledge in their yoga asana practice so that their physical movements became supportive of their inner rhythm.

In this workshop, we will explore the menstrual cycle and our changing needs during its different phases. By learning how to listen to our bodies and get to know our menstrual cycle, we can gain a greater awareness of our unique patterns. With this understanding, we can then use our yoga practice to best support our bodies at each phase of our cycle.
You will learn practical tools and techniques to support your menstrual cycle, including specific yoga postures, and Heartfull Meditation™. You will also gain an understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur throughout your cycle and how to adapt your yoga practice to support those changes.
This workshop is suitable for women of all ages and experience levels. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will help you deepen your connection to your body and develop a more heartful and supportive, individually crafted yoga practice.
