t's time for another #SundaySession with Eva & Gabriel (both RYT 500-h Purna Yoga Teachers)!
As a consequence of aging our shoulders tend to become weaker and our hips tighter. This means that our shoulder joint becomes more vulnerable to injury and our hip joint becomes less mobile, restricting our freedom of movement.
In this 90-minute online yoga class, we will work to reverse this.
You will:
- Focus your mind with a simple Heartfull Meditation technique,
- Learn alignment-based shoulder strengtheners and build stability in your shoulders,
- Enjoy liberating your hip joint with
opening postures that lead to a feeling of ease in your pelvis and lower back.
