Professional Yoga for professionals since 2015

Give your employees the gift of quality Yoga.

Yoga offers a vast array of different tools for supporting your teams’ health and wellness. Ranging from increasing focus, and boosting recovery to supporting mental and emotional health, Yoga is a chosen practice for many companies.

Some of the corporations and organizations I’ve worked with include:

Eva’s yoga in the morning before work gently wakes you up to a new working day. The transition from yoga to remote work is quick and there is no need to spend extra time on travel. Under Eva’s guidance, you and your body are in capable hands. The poses aren’t too difficult and everyone will definitely be able to benefit from them. The restorative class organized in the last week of the month has also been absolutely wonderful for recovery. The yoga classes are also attended by men, so this is very suitable for everyone. Eva has taught yoga either in Finnish or in English, depending on the participants of that class, and this has been very important in our international company.

I’m Roope, a middle-aged, a moderately plump father of two teenagers. Warner Music Finland was offering the opportunity to try yoga. I had my presuppositions but I decided to give it a try, having gone through back and knee surgeries, I was curious. One of my acquaintances had dared to claim that yoga would help with my cramps. I was pretty much “hooked” after the first class, even though I had some work to do in the beginning to internalise the OM’s, quiet moments of relaxation, etc. I learned right away that it’s meant to be tough, and the yoga stretches really open up places and the class significantly improves my state of alertness and makes me feel good. It’s also easy to dare to throw yourself into it a little, because I still don’t think that I would find my way into a yoga studio without my own team.
Eva is cheerful as a teacher and at least with our group she doesn’t lead too seriously, but we always try to do the Yoga practice seriously. Little by little, we have moved forward and the movements have become more difficult. Nothing beats hanging from the Yoga wall, your back will thank you! I highly recommend Eva’s classes, it’s worth taking a risk and trying it out.’’

Our company offers Eva’s yoga class once a week in the morning before work. We have an internal Facebook group to which all those interested in yoga have joined, through which we always ask who is coming to the classes. Many employees have been encouraged to try yoga, probably partly because we have our own group.
In Eva’s teaching, everyone has received personal guidance, and in the mornings you can also request movements before class or tell how you feel. We have been able to influence the content of the lessons and it has been modified to our liking. The classes focus especially on the well-being of the back. We have had a lot of back problems in our work community, so this is how we try to prevent and treat these problems. After yoga, it’s good to start the working day with a slightly calmer mind and refreshed body.
I warmly recommend Eva’s yoga mornings to others and I am sure that I speak for our whole group!
