3-Part Online Course: Explore your breath through Pranayama


On average, we breathe 22 000 times per day. We breathe more times in our lives than we literally do anything else! Yet most of us have never been taught how to breathe properly.

This course is not about fancy and complicated, fast and furious breathing techniques that give a short high and deplete our brains of oxygen. This course is for those, who want to learn how to breathe more fully in daily life and increase their breathing capacity as well as how to use the breath to calm our nervous system down in times of stress.

You will learn:
- basics of breathing: anatomy, technique, what to avoid, what to emphasize
- different breathing techniques to
increase lung capacity,
use the breath to increase mental focus,
use the breath to release stress and enter a state of recovery.

All the 3 sessions are recorded, so if you can not join live you can practice from the recording. The recordings are valid for 1 month, so you have the chance to repeat the classes several times to deepen your understanding of the teachings as well as build your new muscle memories.
