I started going to Eva’s classes because the Yoga Wall seemed interesting and I wanted to try it. I didn’t know what to expect, but already in the first class, I fell in love with the insightful way in which she helped us find alignment and practice even challenging asanas with the help of different cues. I also feel that the classes are holistic. In Eva’s classes, Yoga is realised both in the mind and in the body.
Eva has deep professional knowledge of the subject she teaches. It is safe to practice asanas under her guidance. Eva has excellent group management skills - everyone is taken into account in class and receives guidance on how to move their own practice forward.
Eva has a wonderful skill of being present - she genuinely meets everyone who comes to the class, even remembering them by name and the strengths and challenges of each body. The classes are well-rhythmic - they have an unhurried atmosphere and yet the classes progress and there is time to do a lot of different postures.
I myself have been attending Eva’s classes for years and they have become a kind of pillar for my own well-being. The body is aligned and the mind is composed when you leave Eva’s classes.
I appreciate her professionalism and genuine and calm presence. Eva has a great ability to create an accepting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. I believe that that atmosphere is also the basis for being able to work with your own body in an accepting manner.
Through Eva’s classes, I have learned a lot about the alignment of asanas and through that, I get much more out of other yoga exercises. And I believe that those exercises will also be done more safely through Eva’s teachings. My own body control and mobility have improved.
Absolutely the most important is the sentence Eva often says at the beginning of class, which often echoes in my mind in Eva’s voice: “move from the state of thinking to the state of feeling”. A wonderful lesson that I keep in mind in my life as well as in my work - I prefer to experience life rather than explain it.

Eva takes care that you do the asanas right and that you get the best out of you. Everyone is welcome to her class and you can really feel it.
