This is a class where anyone who has just started their practice of yoga or someone who wants to deepen their knowledge on the practice is warmly welcome! We will use the Yoga Wall as a tool to understand alignment and go deeper into the poses.

This online class is taught via Zoom and focuses on releasing tensions in your neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back and hips. We also work on aligning the spine and strenghtening the muscles necessary for good posture. The last class of the month will be more restorative, making sure you get your recovery in ever month! Monthly commitment.

This is a class for you, who want to keep you back healthy and learn techniques in preventing injury. You'll learn valuable tools for everyday life situations to ease the load of your back, neck and shoulders.
This class is a wonderful way to step into the weekend. You will feel taller and more free in your body with the release from the Yoga Wall. Your mind will be elevated and harmonised by the supported inversions done at the Wall. A good day secured!

Purna Yoga
In this morning class, you’ll get to start your Saturday off right by moving your body, opening any tensions from the week, and releasing your spine with the help of the Yoga Wall!
In this class you will have the opportunity to completely relax and restore your body. This is especially important for the health of your nervous system, which is in charge of all the other systems of your body.
All healing happens in a peaceful state.
