Join me for a 3-part online yoga series, where we will dive deep into releasing your lower back of its tensions.
Lower back pain and discomfort have become a common challenge for many of us. Due to our sedentary lifestyle, this area has become weak and stiff. In this 3-part yoga series, we will begin the process of undoing these harmful effects and creating more space and freedom in your lower back.
How does it work?
We will meet on Thursdays from 5 PM-6 PM (EET) for 3 weeks. (Not available on Thursdays? No problem! You can get the recording!)
In each 60-minute online session, we will focus on a different aspect of lower back tension.
DATES:
June 2nd, 9th and 15th
The first week
1. Opening: Lengthening & balancing the hamstrings & hip flexors
The second week
2. Alignment: Aligning your hips, SI-joint & lower back
The third week
3. Strength: Strengthening your core & back muscles
If I can’t join live?
After each live class, you will be sent the recording to your email.
Each recording is valid for 1 week, until the next class, so you have time to repeat the class several times if you wish.
