Our intention is to create a safe space where you can learn, share and deepen your meditation practice. Regular meditation can help you to improve your sleep, relieve depression, or/and process grief or anxiety. It will also help you let go of fears, anger, frustration, and overwhelm, emotions that are very prevalent in our time.
