Join Eva Kiviluoma and Gabriel Maldonado for two simple, one-hour online sessions that blend habit-building techniques with timeless yogic wisdom. You'll receive an easy and effective method for creating new habits and find the inspiration you need to get started. After the first lesson, you'll have time to put your new habits into action. In our follow-up session, we'll show you how to make these changes stick, and we're here to answer your questions and keep you on track.
