A restorative yoga and pranayama workshop
Most people's nervous system is in a state of constant overwhelm as it tries to handle the chaotic combination of chronic stress, a sedentary lifestyle, daily blue light, and a huge amount of sensory stimulation.
This overwhelm is causing many different challenges in our body: difficulty relaxing and falling asleep as well as staying asleep, issues with digestion, premature aging, headaches, migraines, numbness physically and emotionally, as well a continuous general state of urgency.
In this workshop, aimed at de-stressing the nervous system, you will learn tools for reducing the negative effects mentioned above.
We will cover restorative yoga poses, breath control: Pranayama, and meditation, all designed to leave you feeling calm, embodied, present, and connected to your inner intuition.
