Balancing the hips with Yoga Wall - this is a workshop to release deep tension in and around your hip joints.
We will flow through the Purna Yoga Hip Series and find out where you have tension in your hips. Then we will move to work with the amazing yoga wall to take the opening a little deeper. Using traction to open the hips is a very therapeutic way that lubricates the hip joint and helps it function better.
You will receive a hand-out with the series so that you can take this practice to your home.
